As a Manager, you need to determine the starting lineup and match strategy before and during each game. During the game, you'll receive real-time stats on your players and the match. You can adjust tactics and substitute players (up to 5) as needed.

Lineup and Lineup Skill

First interactions with the soccer metaverse involve creating a lineup from available formations. This process helps determine if additional players are needed for specific roles, and allows for the testing of multiple lineups.

The lineup skill is a key factor in predicting match outcomes and is determined by the collective skills of the selected players.

Three factors contribute to the lineup skill:

• Player Abilities: Understanding the key abilities for each role enables calculations of potential performance in other roles. With the introduction of training systems, specific abilities can be improved, enhancing performance in various roles.
• Role Knowledge: Players have varying levels of knowledge for different roles. For instance, a Left Wing Back (LWB) may have good knowledge of the Left Back (LB) role, average knowledge of Left Winger (LW), but limited understanding of the Centre Attacking Midfielder (CAM) role. Role knowledge can be improved through player training systems.
• Special Ability: The special abilities of players in the lineup impact the lineup's skill. More information can be found in the Players section.
